TERMS AND POLICIES
Health intake and informed consent
All new clients must complete a health intake to the best of their knowledge prior to their first appointment and complete an informed consent form prior to each session. If you don’t receive the forms or can not locate them online, please email me to request assistance. Forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your treatment session. If you need help completing the forms, please email me to let me know and I am happy to assist.
Cancellation and no show policy
A minimum of 24-hours advanced notice must be submitted to cancel or reschedule any appointment. No-shows and late cancellations less than 24 hours advanced notice are subject to full payment and will be applied to the card on file. Repeated cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, or no-shows of 3 or more sessions per client will be required to pay in advance for all future bookings. If in the instance you experience an emergency and must cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 24 hours in advance, please contact me and the fee may be waived or applied to a future session.
If you are delayed or running late
Please be ready when I arrive to begin your session on time. A late start will result in a shorter session and will be subject to full payment. I respect your time and the time of all my clients, hence to maintain the mobile schedule all appointments must end at their scheduled time. Thank you so much understanding.
Modesty and respect
You will be fully draped during your session and at no time will genitalia or breast tissue be exposed. Once the therapist has left the room, it is appropriate for you disrobe to your comfort level and get on the table.
All clients are expected to respect the professional boundaries of massage therapy. Any communication or behavior of a sexual or suggestive nature is strictly prohibited. If such conduct occurs, the session will be ended immediately, and the client will be responsible for full payment of the scheduled services - no exceptions.
