Currently, I provide mobile massage services throughout the Portland Metro area with no extra cost for travel. Simply relax in the comfort of your own home, office, backyard - or anywhere you have space.
I bring everything needed to create a calm and personalized experience. Afterwards, you can ease into the rest of your day, straight off the table and into a blissful afternoon without having to leave the privacy of your own personal sanctuary.

An abbreviated session perfect for those on a budget or anyone seeking a more gentle experience. This deeply soothing bodywork is inspired by ancient Eastern techniques from India. With long flowing strokes that are safe for circulation and gently nourish delicate or sensitive skin with fragrance free jojoba oil applied with compassion and loving kindness.
Experience a 1 hour fusion massage inspired by Eastern and Western modalities with movement therapy, myofascial release and deep tissue massage. I’ll add trigger point therapy, neuromuscular facilitation or proprioceptive conditioning to any session if required for no additional cost.
An extended fusion massage that gives us more time to focus on whatever is showing up in your body that day. Includes all the modalities and benefits offered in the 1 hour bodywork session, plus 15 more minutes on the table.
Settle in for a longer full body fusion session that allows you to really relax into the moment with time for a deeper experience. Includes all modalities and benefits of the 75 minute session plus extra time for gentle joint mobilization and assisted stretching.

DYNAMIC CUPPING
Silicon cups are applied to the skin with suction and gliding movement to create a decompressive effect that gently lifts soft tissue to help improve circulation and release muscle tension. Silicon cups are not heated and typically do not leave marks or “Sha” like traditional hot static glass cupping.
